These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kingdom Appliances LLC website and services. By accessing our website, requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.

2) Services
We provide appliance repair, maintenance, cleaning, and installation services. Service availability, pricing, and timing may vary by location, parts availability, and technician scheduling.
3) Estimates, Approvals, and Additional Work
Diagnostic fees (if applicable) and service call fees may be charged to evaluate the issue.
Any estimate provided is based on information available at the time and may change if additional issues are discovered.
We may require your approval before performing additional work beyond the original scope. Approval may be given in writing, by text, by email, or verbally.
4) Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide safe and timely access to the appliance and service area (including pets secured, clear path, and utilities available).
Provide accurate appliance details (make/model/serial) when requested.
Ensure an adult (18+) is present during the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
We may refuse or stop work if a jobsite is unsafe, hazardous, or inaccessible.
5) Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Please provide as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule.
Missed appointments and late cancellations may result in a fee to cover reserved technician time.
6) Payments, Fees, and Collections
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods and may require a deposit for special-order parts or larger jobs.
Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees (where permitted by law) and collection efforts.
7) Parts, Returns, and Availability
Parts availability and lead times are not guaranteed.
Special-order parts are generally non-returnable once ordered.
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain parts; labor coverage varies by job and will be explained at time of service.
8) Limited Warranty on Labor
Unless otherwise stated on your invoice or estimate, we provide a limited warranty on workmanship/labor for a reasonable period consistent with the nature of the repair. This warranty does not cover:
Pre-existing or unrelated issues
Misuse, neglect, improper installation by others, or power/water/gas issues
Cosmetic wear, normal maintenance, or manufacturer defects outside our control
9) Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of food, loss of use, lost profits).
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for failures caused by manufacturer defects, prior repairs by others, normal wear, or conditions outside our control (electrical, plumbing, gas supply, ventilation, etc.).
Some states do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.
10) Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Website content may not be copied or reused without permission.
11) Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
If you opt in to receive SMS from us, you agree to receive customer care messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, technician updates, estimate approvals, and support messages. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you also agree to receive occasional promotional texts such as service specials, discounts, and seasonal maintenance reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

13) Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting us first.
